Here we are, finally the weather has turned around and it actually feels like summer!

I’m sure you all are as happy as I am to have such a winter behind us. With the new season, we need to shift gears to summer thoughts.

Q:  I’m fed up with the high cost of heating my house and want to upgrade my heating system, but after this winter, my cash flow is stretched too thin. Are there any options for me to upgrade as soon as possible and pay later?

A: Yes! There are several options.
At Modern Heating and Plumbing, we have several payment options. You can stretch out your payments, or defer your payments, until your cash flow has recovered from the winter doldrums. We have plans that defer payments and interest, anywhere from three months to twelve months or even plans with no interest or payments from three to twelve months.
Or, if the interest rate is the concern, you can ‘buy down’ the rate all the way to 7.9% and lower!

Stretch your Energy Dollars and Stay Cool...

It’s no secret that the price of heating and cooling your home is getting more costly everyday. There are things that you can do to help you control how much you spend on utilities. At Modern Heating and Plumbing, we put your home comfort first and we recommend and install equipment that’s the best fit for your home, your needs, and your pocketbook.

Whether you are installing a central air conditioning system, a ductless system or a heat pump, many of the utility companies are offering rebates for high efficient equipment.
